Dewsoft wishes to work closely with you to establish your Center quickly, easily and in the right location. This kit is one of the means to provide support in this regard. The aim of this kit is make you aware of various documents and promotional material that shall be provided to you in order to run the center efficiently and effectively to maximize all profits. We have divided this kit in three categories as listed below:

     1.        Documents:

·         Policies
The centers shall be provided with DewSoft policies for their reference and perusal.

·         Prospectus*
This is the prospectus for the Institute that contains all the information about the Institute and its courses, in minute detail. 

·         Brochures (Packages)*
These are the attractively designed promotional brochures containing information about the packages that are a part of DewSoft’s official course curriculum consisting of two or more than two individual courses.

·         Individual Course Details
These are single side A4 size black and white pamphlets containing information about all the individual courses.

·         Enquiry Form
These are the enquiry forms that the prospective students or the enquiries fill when they visit the institute 

·         Enrollment Form
These are the enrollment forms that the students fill when they enroll for a course in the Institute. 

·         Student Feedback Form
These are the feedback forms that the students are required to fill for their sincere comments about the Institute and its staff members. 

·         Receipt Book
The receipt book contains the course fee information that the student pays for a course. It shall comprise of three different color slips:

1.      Yellow: The center shall keep this for maintaining its records

2.      Pink: The center shall send this slips to the Corporate Office along with the monthly collection report in the first week of every succeeding month

3.      White: The students shall retain this slip for his/her own records 

·         Counseling Material
The counseling material comprises of the different documents that contain the complete information about all courses and are specifically designed for the Institute Counselor only.

·         Student Handbook
This is the pocket size handbook that is provided to the student upon their admission. It contains specific information related to the code of conduct for the student and other such information.

·         Staff Responsibilities
The Staff Responsibilities are defined in this document and have to be provided to all the staff members of Dewsoft IT Institutes.

·         Recruitment exam papers
The Institute Dept prepares these exam papers. This exam is meant as the first stage written test for the candidates applying for the post of Center Manager, Counselor and Faculty. 

·         I-Cards
These are the Identity Cards of the students at all the DewSoft IT Institutes.

·         Franchisee/ATC Support Manual*
This refers to the support document containing various report formats that are supposed to be sent to the Institute Dept at New Delhi from all the DewSoft IT Institutes all over the world on a weekly/monthly basis also comprising of the information about everyday operations of the Institutes.

·         Code of Conduct for the Institutes
These are the rules and regulations for the visitors in all the DewSoft IT Institutes.

·         Hardware Support Manual*
This is a help book and instructional material meant for the Center Manager or the responsible person in the Institute who shall take care of all the networking and hardware in the Institute.

·         Library List*
This list defines all the book titles that are essential to be available in all the centers’ library.

2.           Promotional Material:

·        
Tents (Canopy): This shall be provided on chargeable basis
·        
Banners : This shall be provided on chargeable basis
·        
Posters: This shall be provided on a chargeable basis
·        
Glow-Sign Board (Only the Design)
·        
Specific Requirements for different Institutes as per those current situations: shall be provided on a chargeable basis 

3.                 Courseware:

·        
Books
These are the books prepared by the Institute Dept that form a part of the course material for the courses listed in the DewSoft official course curriculum. These shall be provided on a chargeable basis.

·        
Administration Support Software*
This is the administration software CD provided to all the DewSoft IT Institutes for installation of the software that is required for the day-to-day running and other administrative and marketing tasks. These shall be provided on a chargeable basis.

·        
Hardware (on request)
Dewsoft provides the hardware for the Institutes run by its ATCs strictly upon request.

·        
Test papers*
These are the course end test papers that are provided to all the DewSoft IT Institutes by the Institute Dept at New Delhi, and the certificates to be awarded on the basis of the percentage scored in these exams, are provided by DewSoft. The Institutes are instructed to themselves conduct the internal exams. These shall be provided on a chargeable basis.
